The Carson National Forest is proposing improve both sites for use by adding fencing, replacing existing vault toilets, installing picnic tables, installing over sized fire rings and improving driveways and parking areas.
Location
Hondo: Along NM State Highway 150 in between the communities of Valdez and Taos Ski Valley. Old Shuree: Near the intersection of Forest Road 1910 and 1950 in the Valle Vidal.
