Lincoln County are requesting to construct a new telecommunication tower at existing Lot 5 on Gallinas Peak communication site. The new construction will consist of tower, equipment shelter, generator and propane tank and possible a fence.

Public Service Company of New Mexico is proposing the replacement of a sub-surface distribution line on National Forest System lands to allow for continued electric service to power Elena Gallegos Open Space's trailhead lights and restroom.

Plateau is requesting authorization to bury fiber optic cable 24" to 36" below existing disputed portions of the Kiowa National Grassland (Cibola NFNG) along the east side of the east ROW of NM HWY-402 and along the north side of CR C07 (Toney Rd)

Installation of approximately 45 acres of fiber optic cable above ground, along existing electric power transmission lines in Cibola County New Mexico.

Installation of new fiber optic cable to the Mountainair Ranger District Office. Length of approximately 75 feet of excavation and up to 18 inches deep will be conducted for the installation.

WNMT proposes to install a fiber optic line totaling 4.6 mi/8.3ac across NFS lands. The line would consist of subsurface fiber optic cable. Additionally, five ground-level vault boxes with pedestals would be constructed within the ROW.
