A proposed project to salvage merchantable wood products from the Brush Creek Wildland Fire 0f 2007. The project is located approximately 20 air miles west of Whitefish, Montana. The proposal is to salvage wood products on approximately 6500 acres.

Location

The project area is in the Flathead National Forest portion of the Brush Creek Wildland Fire. This fire burned primarily in the Sheppard Creek drainage of the Tally Lake Ranger District.
