Red Butte Fish Barrier Project

Flathead National Forest Missoula, Montana Swan Lake Ranger District

Fish migration barrier installation upstream of the mouth of Red Butte Creek. Barrier would consist of a concrete dam about 6-feet high x 64-feet wide; the barrier would back water upstream for about 30 feet; rock placed upstream to avoid ponding.

Located on Red Butte Creek near its confluence with Kraft Creek.
