Bighorn National Forest Sheridan, Wyoming Tongue Ranger District

Salvage about 500 acres of merchantable timber blown down in 2007. Use salvage operation opportunity to enhance provide the aspen groves in this area by reducing competition with conifers encroaching into aspen grove.

Location

Garland blowdown is located adjacent to past harvest areas south of Forest road 168 and west of road 149/201within the dry fork of the Little Bighorn River drainage.
