The project proposal is for the expansion of the mine by an additional 1.8 acres. In addition, there will be a new access route constructed to the proposed expansion. The access route & mine expansion will be in an area that was previously mined.
Location
The mine is approximately 10 miles south of Custer, SD and 1.5 miles east off of US Highway 385.
