WBI Energy has operated a pipeline across NFS land since 1928. The existing permit expires on Dec. 31, 2020. WBI requested a renewal of the permit for an additional 30 years. All terms and conditions remain the same. No additional pipeline proposed.
Location
The pipeline runs from the city of Deadwood, SD north for approximately 2.2 miles to the National Forest boundary.
