Vegetation treatments to reduce fuel and fire hazards resulting in a more resilient landscape. Treatments will include commercial and noncommercial thinnings, pine encroachment, fuel breaks, and prescribed burning.
Location
The Antelope Canyon project area is located approximately 15 miles south of the city of Custer, SD, and 7 miles northwest of Hot Spring, SD.
