Pirate Ship Fen Restoration

Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests San Juan, Colorado Ouray Ranger District

Ditch draining fen will be treated with small hand placed structures to re-establish the water table level and native plant composition. Stream will be returned to it's original path.

Location

East of abandoned townsite of Mineral Point in San Juan County, Colorado, along an unnamed tributary to Miners CK, which is a tributary of the Uncompahgre River.
