The project consists of physically closing 8 abandoned mine shafts, 7 abandoned mine adits and 1 prospect pit in the areas of Lower Sanford Basin, Duncan Hill and Cumberland Pass.
Location
The sites are south of Taylor Park and will be accessed from NFSR 765, Cumberland Pass Road.
