A temporary construction permit to reconstruct/pipe the Elk Home ditch. Total ditch length for this project will be approximately 4,180 feet with a right of way of 40 feet and an one acre staging area below the high water line within Rainbow Lake.
Location
Approximately 26 miles northwest of Gunnison, Colo., above Rainbow Lake. The ditch is accessible through 13 miles north of Hwy 50 on Forest Service Road 724.
