The construction of an additional parking lot adjacent to and north of Gunnison County Road #12 at what is known as the Kebler Pass Winter Trailhead. The lot will primarily be used as an area for additional winter vehicle parking.

West of the Town of Crested Butte at the Kebler Winter Trailhead, adjacent to Gunnison County Rd. 12, north of road and the current restroom and parking area.
