Leon Lake Tunnel Access

Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests Mesa, Colorado Grand Valley Ranger District

Excavation work necessary to re-establish access into the Leon Lake tunnel. Excavation will be approximately 20' deep x 30' wide x 50'long. Access is needed to inspect existing outlet pipe and valves located within the tunnel.

Location

Project is located on the South side of the Grand Mesa National Forest at the head of Marcot Creek. Project is located off of FDR #127, approx. 6 miles North of it's intersection with FDR #125.
