Pike-San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands El Paso; Teller, Colorado Pikes Peak Ranger District

The proposed action is to effectively treat up to 31,700 acres within the 70,600 acre analysis area. Combinations of mechanical thinning with product removal, mastication, hand thinning, and prescribed fire will move toward the desired conditions.

Location

The Upper Monument Creek and West Monument Creek drainages are north and west of Colorado Springs along the Rampart Range.
