To reflect a property ownership change from R. White to J. Mattson, the Forest Service proposes to re-issue a special use permit for an existing buried water pipeline of approximately 233 feet in length and a shallow water collection box.
Location
The water pipeline is located near County Road 78 approximately 9 miles north of Woodland Park, Colorado.
