Unregulated dispersed camping along NFSR 110 has caused resource damage to soils, water & vegetation. The FS proposes to designate sustainable campsites & parking areas, and, close & rehabilitate damaged sites & non-system, user created trails.

Location

Area is on both sides of the Halfmoon Road (NFSR 110) north of Leadville, Colorado, on National Forest System Lands.
