Re-issue the permit for an existing powerline to new owner, Tri-State. Amend permit to authorize installation of fiber optics on existing poles. Will involve use of a helicopter, and temporary work areas within and adjacent to the powerline corridor.
Location
Powerline parallels Highway 550 between Cascade substation near Durango Mountain Resort ski area and the town of Silverton.
