Forest Health - Missionary Ridge Spruce Reforestation

San Juan National Forest La Plata, Colorado Columbine Ranger District

Reforest up to 1000 acres of burned dead spruce stands with spruce seedlings. Planting will be approximately 550 trees/acre in the shade of down logs and dead trees.

Location

Located off of the Burnt Timber and Red Rim roads on Missionary Ridge, within the perimeter of the Missionary Ridge Fire.
