Use and maintenance of Forest Road #822, including correction of outsloped grade on rocky narrow portion of the road. Also allow use and rehabilitation of approximatley 400 feet of non-system two-track road to reach a second private waste rock pile.

Location

Porphyry Gulch Road # 822 from Highway 550 to Bullion King Mine, and Forest Service land in the vicinity of the Bullion King Mine. Approximately 7 miles NW of Silverton, CO.
