Roads - Chub Draw and Gordon Creek Gravel Pit Reentry and Expansion

San Juan National Forest Hinsdale; Mineral, Colorado Pagosa Ranger District

Rentry into the existing Gordon Creek gravel pit and reentry and potential expansion of the Chub Draw gravel pit to provide a local supply of aggregate material in order to rehabilitate road surfaces, campgrounds, picnic areas, and trailhead parking.

Location

The existing Gordon Creek gravel pit is 16 miles NW of Pagosa Springs off of NFSR 634. The existing Chub Draw gravel pit is 22 miles NW of Pagosa Springs off of NFSR 997.
