The wells would be on existing well pads and would not increase total surface disturbance. They fall within the criteria for Energy Policy Act Categorical Exclusion #2: drilling at a location where drilling has occurred within 5 years.

3 new Catamount wells on one existing pad in the Goose Creek area off the south end of Fosset Gulch Road. 1 new BP well on existing pad in the Saul's Creek area east of Bayfield.
