The Apache Zone Timber Staff is proposing the salvage of fire-killed and dying trees caused by the Greer Fire. The mortality from the Greer Fire in and around the Benny Creek Campground and Greer Lakes area is a hazard to recreators.
Location
Most of the project area includes forested areas north and east of Tunnel Reservoir and the Little Colorado River, along and east of AZ Highway 373, and south of Benny Creek.
