Hazardous fuels reduction project to maintain and restore fire adapted ecosystems to their natural fire regimes condition classes, using vegetation treatments, mechanical and/or hand thinning and pretreatments, prescribed fire and managed wildfire.

Location

91,029 acres bounded by the District boundary to the north, and west (along the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation), the east by Hwy 191, and the south by FR 515 (Pine Flat Rd).
