Moraga Canyon-Collins Park Antelope Corridor

Gila National Forest Catron, New Mexico Reserve Ranger District

Treat approximately 6,500 acres of Pinyon Juniper and Ponderosa Pine habitat to link Collins Park with the Plains of San Augustin and facilitate Pronghorn Antelope movement, restoring a native ungulate and game species to its historic home range.

Location

The project area is approximately 1mile west of the Bursum Rd. (County Rd CAT-CO16) in between Collins Park and The Plains of San Augustin.
