Agua Fria Water System

Gila National Forest Catron, New Mexico Quemado Ranger District

Purpose of project is to improve existing water sources on the Agua Fria Allotment. Improvements would benefit wildlife and livestock. Proposed to install approx. 2.7 miles of pipeline, 1 or 2 storage tanks, and 2 troughs.

Location

Located on the northern boundary of the district approximately 9 miles south of the community of Quemado and west of highway 32.
