Gila Wilderness Feral Cattle Removal

Propose to conduct lethal and non-lethal feral cattle removal from the Gila Wilderness to address the presence of feral cattle. Feral cattle have negatively impacted habitat, water quality, riparian, and wilderness character.

Location

Within the Gila Wilderness, general area bounded by confluence Gila R. and Turkey Crk, upstream along Gila R to Alum Mtn, west to Miller Spring Cabin, and west down Turkey Crk to confluence of Gila R.
