Contruct a trailhead at Sawmill Canyon to provide additional access to the Grindstone Mesa hiking and biking trails.
Location
The proposed trailhead is located in Ruidoso, NM, off of Carrizo Canyon road, and the connector trails will stem from there to join the existing Grindstone Mesa trails.
