The Prescott National Forest (PNF) is proposing to permit Midvale Telephone Exchange (MTE) to attach fiber optic cable on an existing Arizona Public Service (APS) overhead line to provide service to a subdivision located on private land

Location

The project area is alongside FR 643 connecting to FR 151 next to Hwy 89A at Mingus Mountain in Prescott Valley.
