Santa Fe National Forest Sandoval, New Mexico Cuba Ranger District

Thinning of small and medium diameter trees followed by fuelwood collection, mastication of slash, and prescribed burning on approximately 660 acres. The proposed project is designed to impove forest health and resilience by reducing tree density.

Location

6 Miles northeast of Cuba, NM on the west side of the San Pedro Parks Wilderness.
