The purpose of this project is to issue the annual Recreation Event El Tour de Mesa a three-year special use permit. This will reduce the workload of Special Use Administrators.
Location
El Tour de Mesa Recreation Event occurs on Hwy 87 North, Bush Hwy, and Usery Pass.
