Realign 1 mile of the existing southern end of Cabin Creek Road (FSR 207) to a more sustainable location, passing over Alturas Lake Cr via a bridge. The former route, including culvert crossings of Cabin Creek, and 0.4 miles would be rehabilitated.

Within the Alturas Lake complex, approximately three miles west of Sawtooth City, Idaho, off Hwy 75 and FSR 205.
