Proposal to authorize Pilot Gold USA to conduct mineral exploration of the heap leach at the Black Pine Mine. The proposed drilling would consist of twenty-one 6-inch diameter borings of the heap material using a track-mounted sonic drill rig.

East side of Black Pine Mountain Range, at the Black Pine Mine, east of the intersection between Forest Service Roads 219 and 201, at the Black Pine Mine Heap Leach Pile.
