2016 Klamath River Brushing and Prescribed Fire Training Exchange (TREX)

Klamath National Forest & Butte Valley National Grassland Siskiyou, California Klamath National Forest All Units

Implement controlled burns on private lands to work toward landscape level habitat restoration, using the Prescribed Fire Training Exchange model. 200-1120 acres will be treated depending on burn conditions. Water waiver does not apply on private.

Location

Private lands in the communities of Happy Camp, Forks of Salmon, Cecilville, and Sawyers Bar.
