BNSF is requesting a road easement allowing access to portion of the railroad where a siding (extra track for passing trains) will be constructed and maintained within the existing BNSF Right-of-way.
Location
The easement is located on the Eagle Lake Ranger District consisting of 0.682 acres being a 40 foot wide strip of land. SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Sec 7 and NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Sec18, T28N,R9E MDBM.
