Feather Falls Post-Fire Project

Plumas National Forest Butte, California Feather River Ranger District

To accomplish restoration, FRRD proposes to abate hazard trees, yard trees, salvage cut, hand-cut-and-pile brush, burn piles, plant trees in the ground, masticate brush, prune, dig fire-lines by hand, and replace and repair recreation facilities.

Location

Feather Falls is located on the Fall River, a tributary of the Middle Fork Feather River, within the Plumas National Forest in Butte County, California.
