The Forest proposes to issue a Special Use Permit to the City of Bend. The purpose of the project is to authorize the City of Bend to upgrade the existing Bridge Creek intake facility and replace the City's aging Bridge Creek water supply pipelines.

Location

West of Bend, Ore., between the City's water intake and Outback Reservoir Site. Pipeline route is primarily along FSR 4601 and 4603.
