Remove encroaching lodgepole in the meadow to sustain pumice moonwort and remove high fuel loadings and selectively thin encroasching lodgepole pine to improve the health of whitebark pine stands.

Located in the Newberry National Monument within the Caldera Zone of the Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest.
