This project would construct 10.9 miles of new trail, close and obliterate 6.6 miles of old trail, and restore areas for elk habitat connectivity. Moving these trails and closing user-created roads would provide more continuous elk habitat.
Location
This project would take place west of the community of Sunriver, OR between the Deschutes River and Forest Road 41.
