AT&T has requested to renew their special use permit to operate and maintain a cell on wheels (COW) antenna. The new term for the permit would be until construction of a permanent antenna is complete.
Location
The COW would remain in the current location which is in the West Village of Mt. Bachelor, about 20 miles southwest of Bend, OR.
