The Deschutes National Forest is proposing to issue a special use permit to TDS BendBroadband. Fiber line would be installed in the Hwy 97 ROW for 11.5 miles of National Forest Land between Chemult and Crescent, OR to expand fiber optic service.

The permit application covers a 11.5 linear mile segment along the Hwy 97 ROW within the Deschutes and Fremont-Winema National Forests in Klamath County, between Chemult and Crescent, OR.
