This projects purpose is to remedy hazard trees in recreation areas to provide safe recreational conditions. Trees will be moved offsite to be burned, chipped or sold for commercial purposes, such as fire wood, special forest products or sawlogs.
Location
Cultus Lake Campground and Day Use area is located approximately 46 miles southwest of Bend, Oregon, along Cascade Lakes Highway on the Deschutes National Forest.
