Pumice Moonwort Habitat Enhancement 2020

In the continuing attempt to address the decline of the pumice moonwort (BOPU), the project would remove encroaching young lodgepole pines by hand from six sites where BOPU still exists but is experiencing encroachment.

Location

The project would occur at 5 sites on the eastside of the Ranger District in the greater vicinity of China Hat Butte.
