The project would restore fish habitat in Deep Creek by creating log jams, reconnecting floodplains and planting riparian vegetation. It would also improve habitat conditions by reducing dispersed camping impacts and thinning conifers.

The project is located on the Lower Deep Creek within the Crazy Creek-Deep Creek subwatershed.
