National Forests in Alabama Clay; Cleburne; Talladega, Alabama Talladega Ranger District

Project will use mechanical mulching on approx. 228 acres and chainsaw felling on approx. 167 acres to control woody understory particularly Virginia Pine regeneration in the Wade 3&4 units, to restore the native longleaf ecosystem.
