National Forests in Alabama Clay; Talladega, Alabama Talladega Ranger District

The Talladega Ranger District is proposing activities in the Sherman Cliffs and Taylor Mill analysis areas to restore and maintain longleaf pine and associated native forest communities.

Location

The project area is located near Germany and Horn Mountains, generally between National Forest System Road (NFSR) 615 and NFSR 600-1, south of State Highway 77.
