National Forests in Alabama Covington; Escambia, Alabama Conecuh Ranger District

Remove upland pine trees damaged from Hurricane Ivan on up to 8,000 acres. Provide suitable nesting and foragaing habitat for the endangered red-cockaded woodpecker to systematically promote population growth and expansion through the next decade.
