The Osceola National Forest is proposing to conduct forest restoration activities on approximately 1,906 acres in forest compartments 23, 69, 105, and 119. Treatments will include timber thinning, patch clearcuts, roller chopping, prescribed burning, mowing/mulching, site prep, and planting.
