The Forest Service proposes improvements to an 11mi FNST segment on the western side of the forest in partnership with the Florida Trail Assoc. Specific work includes replacing and adding puncheons in wet areas and a short reroute around Hull Creek.
Location
The trail segment is in the western Ocala National Forest north of State Road 40 around Lake Charles.
