2020 Osceola Post- Fire Wildlife Habitat Improvement Project

The Forest Service proposes to remove fire damaged and insect prone slash pine from existing plantations. This area will be roller chopped and planted with longleaf pine.

Location

Fire damaged area within compartment 89 and 99 along FSR 216 and 278.
