Carolina Gopher Frog Refugia

We propose installing biodegradable tubes in the ground within one kilometer of three separate ephemeral wetlands on the Francis Marion. The tubes would serve as refugia for gopher frogs.

Location

Project area includes areas up to 1 km from three wetlands located in compartment 114, stand 28; compartment 162, stand 9; and compartments 196 and 205, stands 2 and 14.
